Mortgage and protection advice
A mortgage decision often sits alongside questions about protecting a home, income or family. Where relevant, Ann can discuss the site’s protection services as a separate part of the advice process. Products have conditions and exclusions, and suitability depends on individual circumstances.
For specialist professional referrals, Ann also offers Mortgage Capacity Assessments. The scope, documents, limitations, timing and fee should be agreed before an assessment begins.
